At the Woodland City Council meeting on September 20, 2011 the Mayor and City Council presented to the family of Max Luther a Proclamation of Appreciation for Max's contributions to the Woodland Tennis Community. Many members of the Woodland tennis community were present as Vice Mayor Skip Davies read the Proclamation.
