CARDIO TENNIS
Cardio tennis is a fun way to get a great workout with music while playing tennis. It will include a 5 - 10 minute warm up phase, a 30 - 59 minute workout phase, and a 5 - 10 minute cool down phase. The workout phase will include games, and fast-paced drills where the Pro feeds balls to players based on their ability and fitness level.
